Questions, answered

Are there any restrictions to join?
Partner businesses must follow Islamic guidelines in their practice and trade — no pork products, alcohol, or non-halal meat, and no dealings that conflict with shari'ah. The masjid reviews every application before approving.
How much does it cost?
Nothing, for the first 15 Founding Partners — you only commit to honouring your offer. Partner Plus and VIP add a monthly Sadaqah Jariyah contribution in exchange for ongoing marketing benefits. All contributions go 100% to the community programs behind KHAYR.
Does the offer apply to online or delivery-app orders?
No — KHAYR offers apply in-store only, when the member presents their tag. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other third-party orders are excluded.
What if a customer doesn't have their tag?
The tag is the pass. If a customer can't present one, you have full right to decline the offer — no exceptions needed, no awkwardness.
Can I change or cap my offer later?
Yes. Email info@thei3institute.org with the new offer or conditions and we'll update your listing. You can also set limits from the start — one redemption per visit, dine-in only, minimum spend, specific days.
I submitted — what happens next?
The team reviews your application, confirms your offer details, and schedules delivery of your KHAYR Business kit — usually within one week. Your listing goes live once the kit is at your counter.
